We spray a nuetralizer so nothing gets spot cleaned or damaged. we spray the algiced on with our soft wash sytem which has less than 300 psi. we let it dwell for 10 to 15 min and rinse wit water. we remove all tape and covers and rinse everything with water.

We then surface clean the concrete then rinse the dirt away. We then will post treat the concrete with an algicide to slow and prevent any organic growth.

The next step is to remove all covers and tape that we put on before then rinse everything with water.
